- To communicate case updates, evidence, and reports to you.
- To comply with legal obligations if required by Indian Law.
We NEVER use your data for marketing purposes or sell your details to data brokers.
3. Data Security & Protection
We implement a strict data destruction policy:
- Digital Storage: All digital evidence is stored on air-gapped (offline) encrypted hard drives, accessible only to the Chief Investigator.
- Physical Records: Any paper documents are shredded immediately after the case is closed.
- Data Deletion: All client data is permanently deleted from our systems 7 days after the final report handover to ensure no residual records exist.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties. This does not include trusted field agents who assist us in operating our services, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential under a strict NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
